ENGAGEMENT SESSION

When booked with a wedding package, $800

It includes up to a 1-hour session and a complete online gallery for download. Travel fees may apply.

Travel Fees

All packages include travel between Calgary and Lake Louise. All other travel beyond will be quoted separately.

Faq

What makes you different than other photographers?

EXPERIENCE for sure and my connection with people. I’ve been capturing weddings for 24 years and am there as more than your photographer. I am happy to help provide vendor recommendations, timelines, family photo lists, tips and tricks for the day, photo locations………..you name it, I got you!

I am not only there for you but your family and friends. My highest priority is to help make the day as stress-free as possible and take pride in making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. As well as to blend in and not overbearing.

What is your style?

My style is clean, modern and timeless. I want you to look back at your photos and it not be when some “trend” is in, it will date your images. As well might not be your vibe in a few years.

How soon do we need to book?

The sooner the better! Since I only take a limited amount of weddings things fill up fast. It’s not uncommon for popular dates to be booked over a year in advance.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! To reserve your date, you will be required to sign a contract and pay a non-refundable retainer of 50%, with the final balance due one month before the wedding.

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently, I only accept email transfers and Credit Card for international clients.

How long will it take to get your images?

Depending on the time of year I am to have them delivered between 6-8 weeks after your wedding.

How many images will we get?

I focus on quality over quantity and depending on the hours covered. For a 10-hour wedding around 600+

Are all the images edited?

Yes! All the images you receive from your online gallery will be ready for print. All images on my website/social media reflect my editing style.

How Important is an engagement session?

Engagement sessions are a great warm-up for your wedding day. It’s also a great way for us to get to know each other and get you comfortable in front of the camera.

The process and what to expect

I would love to have a meeting with you before booking to ensure that we are a good fit and to understand what you are expecting from your special day. I'll send you a guide with tips for each part of the day and a form to fill out so that nothing is missed and to help make your day go as smoothly as possible. I will also work closely with you or your planner to create a timeline that suits your day so that nothing is missed. Additionally, I'll help you choose beautiful and meaningful photo locations.

On your wedding day, I'll capture how the day unfolds and the moments that make your day unique to you. I'll be very hands-on when direction and posing are needed to make it look more natural. I'll also consider the best lighting and background for each photo.

After your wedding, it takes me about 6-8 weeks to edit and deliver your images to you in an online gallery that you can share with your loved ones. You can download high-resolution images and print them as you wish. You can also order professional-quality prints and albums directly from the online gallery.
